Symphony Teleca China
Symphony Teleca China is the APAC outsourcing centre of Symphony
Teleca Corporation, offshore software services from Beijing and
Chengdu are offered to customers based in China along with global
customers based in North America, Europe and Asia. Typically,
offshore services will be combined with local services offered by
Teleca offices close to the customer. There are approimately 260
engineers today, and the target is to establish a team of more than
500 staff over the next few years with a client-driven technology
focus on software development and integration services to handset
OEMs and their ecosystem. Focus areas include embedded software
development on: S40, Symbian & S60 Windows Phone, Linux,
Android, Open source platforms, Testing.
This comprehensive expertise, supported by a global delivery
model, enables STC to better serve its global customers.We also
offerings include systems integration, test and software
evelopment, adaptation and variant projects, and China-specific
software solutions including TD-SCDMA. The staff of the Chengdu
site receives training through international assignments and
internal transfers.
